I started practicing the Hung Gar style of Chinese martial arts when I was 20 years old, in the only local gym where many disciplines such as Karate, Judo, Kick Boxing, and also Hung Gar were practiced.

The fluidity, coordination, and use of the whole body in the execution of techniques and forms immediately fascinated me, so I started practicing and to this day still continue to practice martial arts.

After 10 years of my practice the gym closed the Hung Gar class, so I started practicing Tai Chi Chuan, and also learning other more holistic disciplines such as Tuina, Chinese and Japanese moxa, and other disciplines I still practice today.

I was introduced to the path of Decode, the school created by Master Mauro Antonino D'Angelo , which opened up a new perspective on martial arts and their origin with training that recalls the foundation of traditional orthodox martial arts
