The founder of Yi Quan Master Wang Xiang Zhai taught Yao Zong Xun in Beijing. In this interview we talk with his son Master Yao Cheng Guang, recognized as third generation of Yi Quan. He spent all his life following the steps of his father, training, teaching and promoting the style all around the world. He is not only a martial practitioner, but also a researcher, which is a rare trait in chinese martial environment.
