From November 29th to December 1st, amidst the enchanting mountains of the Gran Paradiso National Park, our Winter Camp 2024 took place. 🏔️

An event that brought together participants from across Europe, guided by Master Mauro A. D’Angelo, to explore the potential of internal martial arts and contemplative practices. 👐✨

Every moment, from theoretical sessions to practices immersed in nature, was an opportunity to rediscover inner strength, a deeper connection with the environment, and the balance between body and mind. 🌱🌀
