PART 2/3
In this second phase, Wang Xuan Jie describes some of the most common sensations that Zhan Zhuang practitioners experience during training. The sharing of sensations and practical experience is the most precious thing we can draw from the past, more than the theories and stories we can hear. Sensations must be the beacon of our practice. We must learn to recognize them and follow them with harmony and respect.I will continue to publish my translations from Chinese into English and Italian, for other languages I suggest you view my translation in English. Generally, Facebook and Google translate more accurately from English rather than Italian.
Thanks for the support and the positive comments, they gave me a lot of energy and motivation to continue.

STEP 2 - COMFORTABLE
During this training phase, the physical sensations that will be perceived are evident: a sense of internal swelling, tingling and warmth. You feel a pulsating sensation at a certain point; you no longer feel fatigued and boringness. For this reason, interest in the practice will continue to increase more and more.
To maintain this comfortable internal feeling longer, the practitioner will subconsciously extend Zhan Zhuang practice time. To give an example, many people, when they practice, feel warmth in the body. This type of sensation is enjoyable.
If you don't stop at the right time, you can gradually feel cold all over or in some parts of your body. Or have a headache or nausea. In this way, you risk seriously damaging your body. If you do not solve this problem as soon as possible from that moment on, as soon as you practice Zhan Zhuang immediately you will have uncomfortable reactions. So it is essential to be able to recognize your limits and be flexible.
